What a month February 2021 has been for #disabilityhousing in Adelaide! This month, Health Q Consulting assisted three NDIS providers in completing their #NDIS specialist disability accommodation (#SDA) audits.
Very proud to have played a small part in ensuring that (in the near future) there will be new and more appropriate accommodation for people who require specialist housing solutions.
As at 31 December 2020, there were 1,676 people in SA assessed as needing SDA homes. Compare this to the 290 bedrooms built and registered to date as new SDA builds. We have a long way to go!
