Meet the Health Q team

May 2022 represents the third anniversary of Health Q Consulting. It's been an amazing journey so far and our team are passionate about delivering outcomes for our clients.

Darren

Darren has more than 15 years’ experience as a Principal Consultant/Director in the health and social services sectors. As a consultant, Darren has delivered projects and evaluations of national significance as well as regional and place-based projects.

Throughout his career, Darren's ability to communicate and present strategic directions to influence outcomes has been a key feature.


Leah

Leah has operational experience in the aged care and disability sectors in South Australia and has supported strategy development, implementation and process improvement for more than a decade.

Leah has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is a Masters-level physiotherapist with previous experience in hospital, rehabilitation and community settings.


Charlotte

Charlotte brings a decade of research and analytical experience in the health management consulting and not-for-profit social services sectors.

She has particular experience in evaluation, outcomes and impact measurement, consultation tool design, and research and literature reviews in the mental health, alcohol and other drugs, homelessness and housing support, employment services, disability and youth sectors.


Emily

Emily is a consultant in the health and social services sectors, with key skills in stakeholder engagement, consultation, data analysis and documentation analysis. Emily has a background as a Masters-level counsellor with experience delivering counselling services in Cambodia (where she completed her Masters practicum component) and Australia.


Jess

Jess is a graduate of psychology and cognitive neuroscience with a passion for building human health and well-being in diverse contexts. She is particularly interested in furthering research insights into integrated health care and developing more sustainable, effective strategies for the implementation of high quality, evidence-based practice.
