Health Q Consulting is completing an independent evaluation of the Residents’ Experience Survey program in residential aged care homes.

Results will be reported to the Government in early 2026.
The evaluation will include developing an understanding of the evolution of the program since commencing in 2022, evaluating the efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of the program and the impact the RES program has had on residents, families, providers and the sector.
